Polybutene (PB) is a macromolecular inert polymer with outstanding physical and chemical properties. First formulated in the early 1970's, PB is notable for its temperature resistance, durability, chemical stability and plasticity. The plastic is odorless and non-toxic and it is one of the world's most advanced plastic materials.
Polybutene is used to construct our PB pipes. Its heat and creep resistance make it excellent for long time use even under a normal temperature of 95℃ and a maximum temperature of 110℃. The material is crack resistant, lightweight, and flexible for easy connection and reliability. PB pipe surpasses most types of pipeline products in many different aspects.
Palconn polybutene (PB) pipes use PB supplied by Dutch company Basell and Mitsuichemicals from Japan. The pipes are produced using special PB extrusion equipment from German Battenfeld for consistent quality and performance.PB pipe system performance index
