Advantages of HDPE pipe
1. High connectivity: polyethylene pipe systems use an electric melting method to connect each pipe to each other. This ensures the joint strength is higher than the main body strength.

2. Low temperature impact resistance: Polyethylene pipes feature a low level of brittleness at low temperatures, which allow them to be used safely in a temperature range of -60-60℃. They are especially useful in cold weather construction projects due to the great impact resistance that keeps the pipe from cracking.

3. Great stress cracking resistance: HDPE has a low notch sensitivity, high shear strength and excellent scratch resistance, as well as an outstanding environmental stress cracking performance, meaning it can be subjected to harsh environments and still remain in perfect form without cracking or leaking.

4. Good chemical corrosion resistance: HDPE pipe can withstand corrosion from a variety of chemicals, meaning the presence of chemicals in the soil will not lead to eventual pipe degradation. Polyethylene is an electrical insulator, meaning the pipe will not decay, rust or corrode through electrochemical exposure. In addition, it also effectively prohibits the growth of algae, bacteria and fungi.

5. Aging resistance, long service life: Polyethylene pipes containing 2-2.5% evenly distributed carbon black can be stored outdoors or used for 50 years, and will not be damaged due to UV ray exposure.

6. Good wear resistance: the wear resistance comparison test of HDPE pipe and steel pipe shows that HDPE pipe's wear resistance is 4 times that of steel pipe. In slurry transportation fields, the HDPE pipe has a proven higher wear resistance than that of steel pipes, ensuring a longer service life and better economic performance.

7. Excellent reliability: flexible HDPE pipes are easy to bend, which is ideal for engineering purposes where the pipes can be installed in multiple directions in order to avoid obstacles. In many applications, this reliability reduces pipe consumption, which in turn leads to a lower installation cost.

8. Small flow resistance: HDPE pipes have a smooth inner surface, with a manning coefficient of 0.009. The smooth performance and non-adhesion characteristics ensure that the HDPE pipe has a higher conveyance capacity than traditional pipes. They also reduce the pressure loss and water delivery energy consumption, leading to overall lower performance costs.

9. Easy to transport: HDPE pipe is lighter than concrete pipe, galvanized pipe and steel pipes, making it easier to transport and install. It requires less manpower and equipment, which also lowers installation costs.

10. A variety of new construction methods: HDPE pipe is used in a variety of construction technology applications. In addition to traditional excavation methods, it can also be used in new technologies such as trenchless pipe jacking, directional drilling, pipe liners or pipe crack. This means that in places where excavation is not an ideal choice, HDPE pipes are an excellent solution.

Product introduction
HDPE pipe uses polyethylene, which is a thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity and non-polarity. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white, with a limited translucency in small sections.
