Features of aluminum plastic composite pipe system
1. Aluminum plastic composite pipe systems feature a high temperature and high pressure resistance, allowing for a long term working temperature of 95℃, a long term working pressure of 1.25MPa, and a fault instant temperature of 110℃.

2. RPAP5 butt welding aluminum plastic composite pipes use both an interior and exterior double layer of hot melt connection technology, with the pipes and fittings welded using the same material for the highest possible safety performance. The double-sided hot melt connection avoids fluid impacts on the pipe surface, as well as prevent corrosion to the pipe's metal layer, which effectively improves the overall safety performance and service life of the system.

3. Water supply and heating in buildings, safe, high quality pipes: The interior and exterior plastic layer of the RPAP5 butt welding aluminum plastic composite pipes use PE-RT special pipe materials imported from South Korea's SK Company. The metal layer uses aluminum as the bearing layer, with the inner layer using an imported hot melt glue. Our products have also passed the tests of the National Chemical Building Materials Test Center based on the CJ/T159-2OO6 standard, a 1000 hour hydrostatic test and 5,000 cold/hot water circulation tests.
